We have used Integrity for two large remodeling projects and are about to have them work on a third. The first was reflooring the entire first floor and complete kitchen remodel, with a couple of tricky elements.

The job was done in the original time estimate, with Rob a superb site manager. The second was master bath and closet renovation.

We have friends that used another firm and had serious issues with a lipless shower entry renovation, but Integrity took all the right steps with excellent tile work.

John made specialty drawers for the walk-in closet. We couldn’t be happier with the entire process from upfront discussions, contract, management, subcontractor use, and follow-up on punch list.

We have recommended them to friends and will continue to do so.

Pretty much a full first floor remodel with complete kitchen redo.

Integrity really spent a lot of planning time on working through some complex challenges to what we wanted and their creativity and engineering really came through.

As you can see, our 35 year old home desperately needed a new kitchen- design and construction. We chose Integrity Design due to their unique ability to handle both aspects of the job.

John created a unique design for every aspect from the cabinets to the floor to the island and everything else.

The project manager, Rob, handled every aspect of the construction phase with minimal disruption, constant communication, and meticulous attention to to the work and our questions, We will definitely use Integrity Design for all future house projects!

How a Project Moves, Phase by Phase

1. Design

Free consultation, then a development fee covers home documentation, zoning and HOA checks, and up to three concepts with 3D renderings.

2. Plan and Contract

Refined drawings, on-site trade pricing, and a fixed-price contract with locked dates.

3. Build and Handoff

Construction with daily portal photos, a punch list at 95% done, and a warranty review at close.

A contractor builds from plans drawn by someone else, and when reality and the plans collide, the cost lands on you. We draw and build, so one team carries the whole thing.
No. The consultation and budget range are free. The development fee only comes in if you decide to move into detailed design.

Yes. Every project includes a personalized online portal with daily photos, live budget tracking, the build schedule, and remote change order approvals.

Then you’re like most of our clients. Phase 1 is built to help you work it out before any money goes toward construction.
It varies by project, which is why Phase 1 opens with a free budget range. A development fee starting at $500 then buys you detailed pricing and renderings before you commit to anything bigger.
Anywhere from a week or two for a cosmetic bath to a full year for a gut renovation of the whole house. Your contract spells out the exact start and finish.
