John Struckmann, Owner & General Manager
John is from Front Royal, VA and a graduate of the University of Virginia. He lives in Charlottesville with his wife Sarah and their two young children Sylvia and Sawyer. John enjoys spending time with his family, being outdoors, going for walks, and hiking the Blue Ridge Mountains. He is a UVA sports and Green Bay Packers fan. John’s favorite part about his job is helping our clients create the home of their dreams with thoughtful design details and meticulous craftsmanship. In the Spring of 2015 John was featured in Professional Remodeler magazine as a “40 Under 40” awardee for exhibiting excellence in the industry.

Howie Hilsinger, Project Developer
Howie grew up in a small town in upstate NY, after school he started working as a laborer at one of the top remodeling companies in the area. During the first five years of his career he learned all aspects of remodeling and management from the master craftsmen and was promoted to Lead Carpenter and then on to manage the company.
His family moved to Charlottesville over a decade ago and has enjoyed being part of the Integrity Home team and the community.
Robert Giles, Project Manager
Robert was born and raised in Nelson County, VA where he continues to live today with his wife and 2 kids. He has been in the construction field for over 20 years. He is experienced and knowledgeable in all areas of residential construction but specializes in trim and framing carpentry. Rob enjoys fishing and playing basketball with family and friends. He is an Alabama Crimson Tide fan. Rob likes working on the final details that help the project come together. Our clients frequently praise Rob for his meticulous craftsmanship and his professionalism.
Tanya Hayes Meadows, Controller
As our Controller, Tanya is an experienced and valued asset to the team with 20 years of Accounting and HR experience. She helps manage our Finances and Human Resources to ensure that our Company stays in compliance, and that our Clients, Staff, Subcontractors, and Vendors’ fiscal relationships are top notch.
When she is not balancing assets, reconciling bank and credit cards accounts, or onboarding staff, running payroll, and cutting checks, she can be found outside of work spending time with her family, animals, and friends, whether catching a baseball game, hitting a local music event, agility training her Mini-Aussie, playing a good game of spades, or cuddling on the couch with a good show.
