We back our structural work with a 15-year warranty and our finishes with a 3-year warranty. More importantly, our real policy is simple: if something isn’t right, we fix it. Your investment is protected long after the project wraps up.
The active construction phase runs 6 to 8 weeks for most projects. You’ll want to plan for 2 to 3 weeks for permits and HOA approvals, plus time for material ordering. We’ll walk you through a realistic timeline at your consultation.
We’re a TrexPro Gold certified builder, meaning we install Trex composite decking at the highest level of expertise. We avoid materials that look great in photos but deteriorate within a few years. Reach out, and we’re happy to walk you through your options.

This 410 sq. ft. pressure-treated deck was engineered for the long haul:

This project came in at $31,300. Engineering a 20-ft. span from the house with no middle support posts added $3,000 to the build.

Integrity did a screened porch addition and deck rebuild at our home as well as painted the exterior of our home and a few other small jobs.

The work was top quality. It turned out better than I ever imagined. Small delays in getting started but nothing unusual for this area given the amount of construction going on.

Personally, I would rather have good quality work than timely poor quality work. I will use them again for projects in the future.
