Kitchen Remodel in Ruckersville, VA

The homeowners wanted a kitchen that felt elevated without feeling untouchable. We delivered exactly that.

White Ice Granite quartz countertops, porcelain tile floors, solid-wood J&K cabinetry, and Shameka pendants that made the whole space glow. Every material choice was deliberate, every detail dialed in.

This $73,000 project speaks for itself, and at $7,500, the White Ice Granite quartz countertops set the tone for the rest of the space.

Kitchen Remodel in Charlottesville, VA

The old layout never made sense.

So we moved the entire kitchen (new electrical, new plumbing, all of it) and rebuilt it around a 33″ fireclay farmhouse sink.

Statuary Classic quartz, J&K cabinetry, and a tankless water heater upgrade rounded out the scope.

The total came to $81,000, and $25,000 of that was to relocate the entire kitchen layout.

High-End Kitchen Remodel in Charlottesville, VA

Some kitchens are functional. This one is a statement.

Hilite Calacatta Statuary quartz, a custom walnut countertop, Graypants Scraplights, a soundproofed wall, refinished oak floors, and cabinetry with in-drawer charging built right in.

The project landed at $140,000, with the quartz and custom walnut countertop combination accounting for $16,000 of that investment.

The project came in at $48,000, with the high-tank pull-chain toilet centerpiece accounting for $2,500 of that total.

Master Bathroom Remodel in Troy, VA

The Victoria & Albert freestanding soaking tub was the anchor of this transformation.

We designed the entire 115 sq. ft. master bath around it, layering in 24×24 travertine floors, a Leonardo Red Streak accent wall, dual vanities with integral stone tops, and Robern medicine cabinets to match.

The project came in at $74,000, with the custom dual vanity and solid stone integral sink driving $6,500 of that total.

after-bathroom-remodeling3

So we delivered every feature with intention: pre-eminent Polished marble shower walls, Steel Grey granite vanity tops, frameless glass panels, and Kohler rain-head shower hardware.

The project came in at $91,000, with the custom closet addition alone accounting for $17,000 of the investment.

Home Additions Case Studies

Screen Room Home Addition in Earlysville, VA

A backyard door used to be the end of this home. We made it the beginning of something better.

We added a 216 sq. ft. screen room with hardwood floors, an in-wall fireplace, beaded plywood ceiling, and 11 vinyl windows framing the outside world.

The project came in at $78,000, with the faux ceiling beams and in-wall fireplace combined totaling at $10,750.

Sunroom Home Addition in Covesville, VA

This wasn’t a three-season room with a space heater shoved in the corner. We built a sunroom engineered for every season.

The project came in at $134,500, with the Trex decking and carport structure driving $33,500 of the scope.

At $443,000, this was a complete home transformation, with the Alberene Soapstone countertop alone representing $7,500 of that investment.

Deck Building Case Studies

Deck Build in Earlysville, VA

We didn’t just build a deck. We engineered one.

Nine concrete pier footings, double 2×12 banding, joist hangers on both sides, and six tension ties for lateral load made this 410 sq. ft. structure as solid as the house it’s attached to.

The project came in at $31,300, with the 20-ft. span engineered without a single middle support post totaling at $3,000.

Deck and Screen Porch Build in Crozet, VA

The homeowners knew their backyard had potential, so we helped them unlock it.

Trex Island Mist decking, ThermaTru fiberglass patio doors, a Harbor Breeze ceiling fan, and Infratech heater wiring that extends the season well past what most porches can handle.

The project came in at $124,000, with the Andersen Single Patio Door with Transom accounting for $8,250 of that investment.

Detached Garage with Bonus Room in Crozet, VA

This wasn’t a garage tacked onto a property. It was a structure built to truly belong there.

We delivered 1,092 sq. ft. of garage space, a 765 sq. ft. bonus room, two-barrel dormers with standing-seam metal roofing, Hardie board and batten siding, and Andersen fixed full-circular dormer windows that tie the whole build back to the main house.

The project came in at $195,574, with custom copper details accounting for $10,000 of that total.

ADU in Charlottesville, VA

The project came in at $368,977, with the sauna kit and heater alone representing $15,000 of that investment.

We have used Integrity for two large remodeling projects and are about to have them work on a third. The first was reflooring the entire first floor and complete kitchen remodel, with a couple of tricky elements.

The job was done in the original time estimate, with Rob a superb site manager. The second was master bath and closet renovation.

We have friends that used another firm and had serious issues with a lipless shower entry renovation, but Integrity took all the right steps with excellent tile work.

John made specialty drawers for the walk-in closet. We couldn’t be happier with the entire process from upfront discussions, contract, management, subcontractor use, and follow-up on punch list.

We have recommended them to friends and will continue to do so.

Pretty much a full first floor remodel with complete kitchen redo.

Integrity really spent a lot of planning time on working through some complex challenges to what we wanted and their creativity and engineering really came through.

Our expanded kitchen is unique, functional and perfect! Came in on budget with extras!

As you can see, our 35 year old home desperately needed a new kitchen- design and construction. We chose Integrity Design due to their unique ability to handle both aspects of the job.

John created a unique design for every aspect from the cabinets to the floor to the island and everything else.

The project manager, Rob, handled every aspect of the construction phase with minimal disruption, constant communication, and meticulous attention to to the work and our questions, We will definitely use Integrity Design for all future house projects!

Integrity does quality work. You pay for what you get- prices are higher than other companies, but work is done right the first time with no surprises and they guarantee their work.

We made the mistake of passing them up the first time we did repair work on our bathroom and were right back in the same place 2 years later. Didn’t make the same mistake twice!

Working during this Covid crises has placed added burdens on everyone but despite that we were very happy with the response of the workers involved and in particular, Chance Dickerson our job foreman. What a gem he is.

He made sure our home and it’s carpets/floors and walls very well protected, he and assured all would be ready for the next work day. The job naturally took a bit longer due to Covid caused delivery issues but, even at that, it was completed in a timely manner.

We are thrilled with the installation of our new steam and bath system and remodel and highly recommend all the people who had a hand in making our bathroom a reality.

We had them do a number of projects at our farmhouse; they were great! Always on time, and worked even on a weekend to finish.

They offered creative solutions to water migration and we came in on budget. I highly recommend them.

Massive external house project including a new deck that we love.

Integrity did a screened porch addition and deck rebuild at our home as well as painted the exterior of our home and a few other small jobs.

The work was top quality. It turned out better than I ever imagined. Small delays in getting started but nothing unusual for this area given the amount of construction going on.

Personally, I would rather have good quality work than timely poor quality work. I will use them again for projects in the future.

We extensively refinished and remodeled a house with Integrity. […]

The crew at Integrity thought things through, offered us multiple options, and came up with some ingenious solutions to several issues.

The communication along the way was clear, the work progressed as planned, and the finished work looked great and has held up very well (the work is now 2 years old).

We were very happy with Integrity, and would use them again.

We have used Integrity Design for multiple projects in our house, that have ranged from both interior and exterior painting, door replacement, flooring refinishing, exterior trim replacement etc.

They have always done exceptional work AND have always done things on time.

They do a great job of communicating the details of a project, but before and during the work. I highly recommend them!
