Hi, I’m John, owner of Integrity Design + Build. I began my career in exterior painting, knocking on doors and talking to homeowners. What I heard was consistent: people were tired of juggling multiple contractors who vanished mid-project and budgets that ballooned without warning.

So in 2006, I built a company designed to fix that.

We operate as a true design-build firm, handling every phase from 3D interactive renderings and architectural drawings to full construction. That means you work with a single accountable team from the first conversation through the final walkthrough.

We design the space around your vision, manage every moving part, and build with materials chosen to hold up for decades. Our warranties are robust, but the honest truth is that if something isn’t right, we come back and fix it, no matter how long it’s been.
