New construction generally runs between $300 and $500 per square foot. Every project is different, so reach out, and we’ll walk you through what your build might cost.
Yes. As a full design-build firm, we manage architectural plans, structural engineering, and interior design under one roof. You work with a single team throughout, which means cleaner communication, fewer surprises, and a final result that matches your original plan.
Yes. We’ve built ADUs, major additions, and large standalone structures, including a three-story custom garage. If you’re wondering whether your project falls within our scope, reach out, and we’ll let you know what’s possible.
Most ground-up builds take 6 to 9 months of active construction. The timeline depends on weather conditions and how quickly you finalize selections, such as tile and paint. We’ll help you stay on schedule and make those decisions easier along the way.
We handle builds starting from raw land, covering grading, water utilities, and all site prep through to a fully finished home. If you have a lot in mind or need help evaluating one, get in touch, and we’ll walk you through your options.

With 1,092 sq. ft. of garage space and a 765 sq. ft. bonus room, this new construction was built to match the main house’s standards:
